KLC series
The oval gear flowmeter consists of a metering box and a pair of elliptical gears installed in the metering box, forming a sealed crescent-shaped cavity with the upper and lower cover plates (due to the rotation of the gears, it is not absolutely sealed) as a calculation of primary displacement unit. When the liquid to be measured enters the flowmeter through the pipeline, a pair of gears are driven to rotate continuously due to the pressure difference generated at the inlet and outlet, and the liquid measured by the crescent-shaped cavity is continuously delivered to the outlet. The product of four times the secondary displacement is the total amount of measured liquid flow. The flowmeter is mainly composed of a housing, a counter, an oval gear and a coupling (magnetic coupling and axial coupling), etc.
